I Speak English 3.7  is the newest version of the award-winning program that has helped thousands of students throughout the world learn English quickly and effectively.  The curriculum is delivered on CD-ROM and uses a patented methodology that allows a student to record and instantly playback his speech for comparison against native English speakers.
